The main purpose of this site is to provide the reader with detailed, thoroughly researched and factual reviews of some of the most popular commercial and non-commercial diets that are currently available.
From my own perspective, it's just not enough to write a sales pitch to try to get someone to buy into a diet, no matter how good or successful it is if there is no information that will help the customer by telling them what they really need to know.
The basic concept of a "diet" is relatively simple and can be generalized as an eating strategy that is aimed at improving health and maintaining a good physical shape while providing all the nourishment the body needs each day. Many commercial dieting programs tend to follow that concept fairly well, although most have their own quirks and individual methods that a potential customer needs to ne informed about before they buy.
That's why I'm here, why I write extensively researched and detailed reviews and why when you read one of my articles, you come away knowing everything you need to know to make an informed decision as to whether a particular program is the right one for you.
